Adzuki Mustard Melody

Adzuki beans are cooked with butternut pumpkin and green beans in a sauce with the delicious fresh tang of Dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar and the aroma of fresh dill.

As a high-potassium, low-sodium food they help reduce blood pressure and they are low in fat The chinese believe that the Adzuki Bean can strengthen the heart and aid blood circulation, fatigue, as well as easing the bladder. It also helps keep the digestive system healthy. Amongst the many goodness of the Adzuki Bean, it is packed with iron and that made it a perfect source for women's general health.

Adzuki beans ( 60%), Pumpkin (10%), Green beans (10%), onions, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, dill.

 

Serving Suggestions:

A warm filling plant protein meal best served warm with a brown rice or POD’s Lentil and Buckwheat Duet.  

 

Fresh Additions

Freshly chopped dill, an extra serve of green beans or roast pumpkin. Non vegans will find the tangy mustard sauce delicious with served with fish or pork.
